What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with

The site will share the user’s data with all the operators with whom it has commercial relationships and for which it sells the related products directly (excluding affiliated partners). To these, the site will provide only the general data of the user as he received them who purchased a tour, or excursion or arrangement so that this directly provides the service on site.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained for a maximum 1 year. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we protect your data

We protect the sensitive data of each user by not disseminating them and keeping them in our database. Otherwise, users who purchase an affiliate product will respect the privacy policy of the company, or operator from whom they purchased the product.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you (we mean all the affiliation advertisers we partner with and tour operators, travel agencies and local service suppliers to provide your orders and reservations)


We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
